Circle Call: Small College Athletics

Getting a capital improvement project started can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to get everyone on the same page. In this session, you’ll learn a practical, step-by-step approach to building consensus, gaining approvals, and making smart investments that won’t limit future projects. You’ll also hear real-world examples from Williams College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, shared alongside insights from design firm Perkins&Will.
